AGM 

Our thanks to everyone who attended our Annual General Meeting on Saturday last in Dromod. A very well attended meeting featured comprehensive reports from our Treasurer, Secretary and Chairman and the following officers were returned for 2026: Chairman:  Shane Reynolds, Vice Chairman: Noel Carr, Secretary: Trevor Howard, Asst. Board delegates: Shane Reynolds, Trevor Howard, Pat Farell, Mark McCloksey, Ladies delegate: Marc McKeon and Club Executive: Colin McGuiness, Pat Farrell , Tommy Larkin, Noel McCloskey, Sean McGowan, Michael McGowan, Declan Shanley. A particular word of thanks to our Secretary Trevor Howard for his preparation of the AGM booklet and the presentation of the reports of the various officers and review of the year – a fantastic, colourful and invaluable record of our club activities in 2025. Annual Club Draw 

Tickets for the 2026 Club Draw will go on sale shortly, priced at €20 per ticket or 3 tickets for €50. This year will see a revised format for the draw; rather than the traditional 12 monthly draws, there will be a single Draw for 2026 on February 1st  with a huge prize fund of €5,000. The  top prize in the draw will be €3,000, second prize of €1,000, 3rd prize of €500 and 5 prizes of €100 each. 

Our Club Draw has had a hugely loyal support base to whom we are very thankful over the last 40 years and the Draw itself is the key base fundraiser for the club annually. Tickets available from members in the coming days

Bornacoola GAA 50/50 Draw 

Our next draw will be the mega Christmas draw with tickets currently on sale at https://member.clubspot.app/club/bornacoola-gaa-lgfa/fundraisers or by buying an envelope from a club member or in McGuires in Rooskey or the Copper Still.
