The club were represented at the All Ireland finals of Scór na nÓg in Killarney on Saturday last in both the Question Time and Ballad Group disciplines. The Question time team qualified for the stage finals and were very unlucky to finish as runners-up to a very strong Kerry side. The Ballad Group performed magnificently well but unfortunately it was not to be their day either. Well done to Jack Reynolds, Daniel Carr, Sean Faughnan and Ruairi Lanigan in Question Time and to Aoife Mallon, Lily Reynolds, Aoibhin Finnerty, Sadhbh Reynolds and Clodagh Geelan in the Ballad Group. It has been a great year for the club in Scór and great credit must go to those who helped prepare the teams also. A huge thanks also to the terrific Bornacoola support that made the long trip to Killarney at the weekend. Maith sibh go léir.
